How TF do I… fix my diastasis recti?

Regularity: SUPER common for pregnant women and multiple birthing mommies. Fun fact: DR can happen to anyone! 

Our advice: 

  • Embrace the new bod, your little wouldn’t be here without you! 
  • Self-check to see if you do indeed, have diastasis recti.
  • Find a fitness program that works for you. There are options OTHER than surgery.
  • Know that your DR can improve, even if it takes time.
