The simplest way to reuse Little Spoon is to blend it with your other favorite goodies into a smoothie! This recipe is super versatile—we included our favorite mixins but you can add and subtract to your (and your mini’s) liking!
Little Spoon Green Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Little Spoon Spinach Mango Banana Hemp
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp moringa powder
- 1 cup fresh greens (spinach or kale both work well!)
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (we like almond-hazelnut)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 3 ice cubes
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and enjoy!
