Boost Your Recipes With Little Spoon

Our all-time favorite way to repurpose our mini's leftovers.

Green Smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh organic spinach, packed

1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple chunks

1 container of Avocado Green Apple Broccoli Spirulina Babyblend

1 fresh organic banana

1/3 – 1/2 cup water

1 Gut Feeling stick

Directions: 

Combine and blend ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

Carrot Banana Muffin Recipe

(makes 36 muffins):

Ingredients:

2½ cups rolled oats

2 medium ripe organic bananas

1 container of Carrot Apple Buckwheat Vanilla Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed Flax Oil

¼ cup maple syrup

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 Sniffle Shield stick

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Add the oats, bananas, Little Spoon, maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, Poopie Power and salt to a food processor or blender, then pulse until all ingredients are well-combined and the mixture is pureed.

3. Scoop the batter evenly into 36 cups of a mini muffin tin prepared with cooking spray.

4. Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the muffins comes out clean and dry —24 to 28 minutes.

Pink Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries

1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries

1 fresh organic banana

1 container of Beet Banana Mango Babyblend

1/3 – 1/2 cup water

1 Poopie Power stick

Directions:

Combine and blend ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
