Nothing says summertime like a juicy, seasonal peach, right? Our Limited Edition Peach Cobbler Babyblend combines delicious peaches, creamy coconut, quinoa flakes and a hint of vanilla to deliver flavors reminiscent of everyone’s favorite pie.

If you’re looking for a few recipes to help you beat the heat this summer, we’ve got your back. Here’s a few of our favorites to whip up when long summer days call for refreshing Babyblends made with your favorite fruits and veggies. 

Peach Cobbler Yogurt Popsicles

Time: 8-10 minutes to prep; ready to serve in 6-8 hours

Makes about 5-6 small popsicles

What you need:

  • 2 Limited Edition Peach Cobbler Babyblends
  • 1 cup of whole milk Greek yogurt
  • Splash of water for consistency
  • Dash of agave or honey for sweetness (optional)
  • Chopped fruit of your choice (optional)
  • Ice cube tray or popsicle mold

Prepare:

  1. In a large bowl, combine your Limited Edition Peach Cobbler Babyblends, Greek yogurt, spoonful of agave and splash of water; stir until well combined.
  2. In an ice cube or popsicle mold, add in your peachy yogurt blend and store in the freezer.
  3. After 6-8 hours, your pops are ready to serve! 

Orange Coconut Creamsicle Frozen Yogurt Bark

Time: 8-10 minutes to prep; ready to serve in 6-8 hours

Makes about 10-12 pieces

What you need:

  • 2 Limited Edition Orange Coconut Creamsicle Babyblends
  • 1 cup of whole milk Greek yogurt
  • Splash of water for consistency
  • Chopped fruit of your choice (optional)
  • Baking sheet or freezer-safe plate 
  • Parchment paper

Prepare: 

  1. In a large bowl, combine your Limited Edition Orange Coconut Creamsicle Babyblends, Greek yogurt and chopped fruit of choice; stir until well combined. 
  2. Line your baking sheet or freezer-safe plate with parchment paper
  3. Pour your creamy mixture on top of the parchment paper and flatten until smooth
  4. Pop your mixture into the freezer for 6-8 hours or until frozen
  5. Here comes the fun part… cracking your bark! Break your bark apart into small pieces and enjoy!

Peach Cobbler Yogurt Parfait

Time: 5-10 minutes to prepare; enjoy instantly!

What you need:

  • 1 Limited Edition Peach Cobbler Babyblend
  • ½ cup of whole milk Greek yogurt
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • Little Spoon Oat Bake chunks (optional)
  1. Fill your bowl with your fresh fruit of choice
  2. Add your Limited Edition Peach Cobbler Babyblend on top of your fresh fruit
  3. Add your whole milk Greek yogurt to your stack and repeat until satisfied!
  4. For a soft and chewy bonus, add chunks of your favorite Little Spoon Oat Bakes as a topping to substitute for granola!

Orange Coconut Creamsicle Smoothie

Time: 10-15 minutes to prepare; enjoy instantly!

What you need:

  • 1 Limited Orange Coconut Creamsicle Babyblend
  • ¾ cup of whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe or frozen banana
  • A splash of agave or honey for sweetness (optional)
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine your Babyblend, Greek yogurt, banana and a dash of agave and blend until smooth.
    1. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add a splash of water if the consistency is too thick
  2. Pour your smoothie in your favorite glass and enjoy!
