I am struggling with my diastasis recti recovery.

I’ve been told I have to fix my diastasis recti first before I can hope to have my slight bladder prolapse get better… So, is it better to work to heal D.R. first and then focus on pelvic floor strengthening or should I just do it all together? Also, is doing exercises everyday too much for D.R. and pelvic floor physical therapy? What exercises should I absolutely avoid? Thanks so much!
