Eden Grinshpan is the host of Top Chef Canada, a chef, and soon-to-be cookbook author of Eating Out Loud. On top of all of that she is also mama to a three-year-old daughter named Ave. Eden is ready to be open and honest about the difficulties of wearing all the hats, especially in quarantine.

Eden is teaming up with Is This Normal to support the Black Women’s Health Imperative. The Black Women’s Health Imperative is the first nonprofit organization created by Black women to help protect and advance the health and wellness of Black women and girls.
