Leah Keller

Leah Keller is a certified personal trainer and the Founder of Every Mother, a fitness app for every stage of motherhood and the only exercise program clinically proven to resolve diastasis recti. Leah has been featured as a wellness expert by major media outlets, including npr, goop and Good Morning America. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young children.

Leah is partnering with Is This Normal to support Black Women for Wellness, an initiative committed to the health and well-being of Black women and girls through education, empowerment, and advocacy.
