Joe Dickson brings over 25 years of deep expertise in product safety, integrity, and sustainable agriculture to his role as an advisor of Little Spoon. Joe spent over two decades at Whole Foods Market, where he served as Global Director of Quality Standards. In this role, he led critical initiatives to ensure product safety, maintain the highest standards of integrity, and develop agricultural policies that shaped the company’s global offerings. His leadership in upholding product integrity extended to serving on the boards of major organizations such as The Non-GMO Project, the USDA National Organic Standards Board, and The Organic Center. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Board at Pennsylvania Certified Organic (PCO), where he continues to champion organic principles and sustainable agricultural practices.
