Dr. Krupa Playforth is a board-certified pediatrician and mother of 3 whose mission is to create a safe space with practical, educational content for parents. Social media and the internet can be powerful, but they can also be a mine of misinformation. Dr. Playforth believes every parent deserves clear, evidence-based, nuanced answers to common child health questions to help them feel empowered and equipped on their parenting journey – this is why she created The Pediatrician Mom, a resource that provides guides for parents on everything from milestones and constipation to ADHD and COVID. 

Dr. Playforth is a strong believer in the philosophy that play is the work of the child. She often recommends play therapy for her patients, and focuses on child-centered play with her own children, especially during times of transition and stress. 

Recently, Dr. Playforth founded Warm Heart Pediatrics, and focused on providing excellent, personalized care. With minimal wait times, longer visits, and care from the same pediatrician every time.
